At BanarasiSarees.in, powered by Shreekari Silks, we take utmost care in delivering premium, authentic Banarasi silk sarees with precision, quality checks, and professional packaging. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately:

Note:
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

However, returns are accepted only in cases of physical damage or manufacturing defects, and strictly under the following conditions:

• A full parcel opening video is mandatory, starting from the moment the package is opened.

• The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, and must display the shipping label for verification.

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

After review, if your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.

3. Refunds (If Approved)

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Return/Refund

Return or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Size issues (sarees are free-size unless blouse stitching/customization is involved)

• Change of mind after purchase

• Delivery delays caused by courier partners

• Failure to provide a proper parcel opening video

• Damages caused after delivery due to mishandling

• Orders without clear proof of damage or defect

5. International Orders

All international orders are final.
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are allowed unless the product is received damaged and proper proof is submitted as per the guidelines above.
